The most versatile Inline Capper in the industry for a wide range of containers and caps. With the following standard features:
 
  • Stainless steel support base with double acme threaded screws for motorized height adjustment.
  • Direct drive system with universal joints and timing pulleys
  • Graduated dial indicator for quick and precise.
  • Construction in stainless steel and anodized aluminum.

Delta Capper with Cap Elevator
  • Eight (8) spindles with spring-loaded blocks for more contact with the caps.
  • Two (2) last stations have pneumatically regulated friction clutches.
  • Adjustments are graduated for easy set-up and are located on the front panel.

 

  • Fully adjustment chute and chute end.

If you have caps that are different and can't use a cap elevator,  we have a vibratory cap bowl to feed your caps.
