Cap Sorter
The Large Cap Sorting Elevator not only elevates
the caps from a convenient loading height for an
operator, but sorts them as it does. It is ideal
for “flat” caps whose height is less than 60% of its
diameter. There is even a cap reject system for an
occasional inverted cap. Caps automatically
re-circulate back into the system’s hopper.
Controls
- User friendly operator interface
Spindles Every tightening station is equipped, as standard,
with easily adjustable mechanical slip clutches, so
that when the correct preset Torque is reached the
clutches will slip. This is to avoid over torque or
scuffing of the caps.

Extras
We have many
optional extras to handle special caps or closures,
for example our cap tapper is used for snap type
caps where tightening spindles are not required.
Cap Tapper
Quality Control Reject System, allows
the automatic rejection of 5 bottles following a
machine shutdown or fault. Will detect high cap /
skewed cap and automatically remove them from the
line and onto a stainless steel shelf. Includes
reject confirmation.
