Herma H400
Label Heads
 |
Incredibly powerful Servo
Labeling System ready to go...
The Herma H400 Vario
and Econ heads are
workhorses that have the same powerful servo motor as the
Premium, but are more affordable.
The Vario as its' name implies has
variable speed dispensing up to 40 meters/ min
...
(over 2
feet per second)
and the Econ dispensees up to 20 meters/minute.
The H400 is used on bottle
labelers, top and bottom labelers, bag labelers, FFS
machines, boxes, tubs, cartons, lipsticks, lids, .....
you name it.
It is a favorite for OEM's and customers who buy heads
to upgrade all types of existing labelers.
The Herma H400 label
heads have everything built right in to the head. No
extra control box....simply mount the head and plug it in to
power.
All the electronics
and servo controls specifically designed for a label head is
integrated into the Herma housing for the powerful 400 watt
servo.
Remarkably all the
necessary electronic options conceived over 100 years of
experience have also been integrated ready to be selected by
the user.

The top of the line the Herma H 400 Premium......
.......has everything needed for high speed
precise labeling.
The speed is awesome at up to 160 Meters per minute (8
feet per second). Of course no one applies an 8 foot
label but there are applications at several thousand
labels per minute or dispensing long labels very quickly
in between oncoming objects.
The premium (or Premium Plus) has servo tracking, built
in. Attach an encoder and it will track and dispense at
speeds to match. Ideal for systems that ramp up and ramp
down in speed.
The unit shown has Power Infeed and rewind and a loose
loop options. These are usually added to a Premium head
to achieve the accuracy (often better than a third of a
mm) at these high speeds.

Mounted Horizontally
Here the Premium is
shown with a horizontal mounting bracket. The height is
adjustable up and down and the head slides backward and
forward for label rethreading.

|
Vertical Mounting
Here the Head is
mounted vertically on heavy duty brackets with dial
indicators for ease of repeat set ups, with both
horizontal and vertical adjusters.
