Liquid Filling

Aesus is very excited and proud about the AF1 liquid filling machine. We set out to design a versatile and compact modern filler featuring quick changeover and as few contact parts as possible. The AF1 raises the bar for what a small liquid filler can accomplish.

The AESPump* features 316 stainless steel construction. Pumping can be implemented by gear sets in either Teflon® or SS 316. Lobe gears are available for handling pastes, creams and gels.
The machine can draw product from either above or below by simply rotating the AESPump* on its docking plate.

The AF1 can be configured with a variety of options both standard and custom. A diving nozzle arrangement can be easily fitted to accommodate a variety of filling requirements. A 20-liter hopper is available for mounting to the machine and can be connected to the AESPump* with either hose or sanitary Tri-Clover fittings. Sanitary fittings are available for the pump, hopper and nozzle as options.
