Pastes and Creams

Since the AESPump* can be rotated to any direction at any time it is easy to fill a paste or a cream container, it may be preferable to have thicker products such as pastes and creams flow into the pump from above to have gravity assist the flow.  The nozzle can be attached with a hose, or as shown here attached directly with a sanitary clamp.  Other liquids can also be filled in this arrangement....it is just more traditional to have "free flowing" liquids to be "sucked" from a tank or barrel below the pump, and then have a flexible hose to the nozzle.

Any arrangement works with the AESFill as it can be reconfigured at any time.

Some customers like a twin or multiple outlet hopper for multiple AESFills particularly when automating with an index kit for higher speeds.
