Index Fingers

The basic automation package consists of an index finger kit and you can add a basic table stand and power bar, or supply your own.  The index finger kit includes a no-bottle & no-fill sensor that will only allow the machine to fill a bottle when bottles are present.  It also includes a back-up bottle sensor.  This sensor determines if the bottles are backed up due to a problem downstream.  In both instances the machine will stop filling when the bottles are missing or backed-up.  The basic table stand is stainless steel and will hold up to four AESFill AF1s.  The standard power bar will allow four AESFill AF1s to be plugged in.

A complete automation package consists of an index finger kit, a 2” dive kit with nozzle bar, a set of neck clamps, and the basic table & power bar.  The 2” dive kit will allow the nozzles to enter into the necks of the containers before filling commences.  The neck clamps are used to steady the bottles that are tall, wobbly or that have small necks so that they will align to allow the nozzles to comfortably enter. 

The AESFill AF1s can also be used with pastes and creams with the simple change of the AESPump* to include aseptic fittings and the use of overhead hoppers.  Different types of hoppers can be supplied.
