Eco Panel LabelerFor the budget conscious the Eco Panel 1 or 2 Panel (2head Front and Back) sports the same powerful Servo Herma 400 head as our higher end models but eliminates many bells and whistles to give a cost effective automatic panel labeler. The unit can be converted to a wrap labeler too.  Speeds of over 100 per minute can be obtained. It includes a 7ft long Stainless Steel conveyor, Top hold down belt, framed Stainless stand. Although economical this is a fine labeler with a label dispense head that is so rugged and accurate that others have a hard time competing with its performance. Delta Panel LabelerFor speeds up to 120 per minute the Delta-Panel includes the powerful Servo Herma 400 PREMIUM head and a stainless steel enclosed base Cabinet with an anodized aluminum top plate, and a 9’ long sanitary raised bed Stainless Steel conveyor.  The Stainless steel swivel control box with a Color touch panel has an Omron PLC with recipe management as standard, or an Allen Bradley PLC as an optional Extra The machine comes complete with a variable speed servo controlled and synchronised top beltas standard. Many optional extras are available including Coders, cameras, barcode readers and wrap belts for combination wrap/panel applications. 10' Raised Bed Sanitary Stainless conveyor x 4" wide with adjustable guide rails is standard complete with a Stainless steel clad base cabinet with very heavy duty frame and adjustable feet. This machine is solid!  55" long Overhead servo driven stabilizing belt Stainless clad is perfectly synchronized with the conveyor. Graduated scales and Dial indicators standard, for ease of repeat Set-ups with recipe management from the PLC. Set of foam rollers fixed wipers & Photoelectric product sensors are all included. Compact product Separating wheel, variable speed as standard. Touch screen Color operator interface panel with recipe management complete with a heavy duty anodized aluminum mounting plate for integrating coders, vision systems, 3D barcode checks etc.  All linear adjustments are done with graduation systems (rulers or dial indicators)./> The unit is shown with a coder bracket and provision for Camera brackets.kets. |
