Rebuild and Refurbish your Labelers
Easy to do, and economical!
Why not refurbish your old labellers?
Incredibly powerful Servo Labeling System ready to go...
M any labellers out there have very adequate conveyors, wrap belts, wipers, hold down belts, but their label head is worn out.
This is particularly true of clutch brake models, and stepper motor labelers.
It is not just the cost of continual repairs but the considerable cost of rework and/or lost production.
This hidden cost is likely to add up easily to much more than simply replacing the label heads, and a few bearings
The H400 label heads have everything built right in to the head. No extra control box....simply mount the head and plug it in to power.
Of course we have mounting brackets, wrap belts, sensors and anything else you might need too. We can give you an estimate to do the job for you. Just send us pictures and we will give you a price.
So let us strip out the heads and controls.......
Or you can......
and replace them with a H400 head that has no External Control
All the electronics and servo controls specifically designed for a label head is integrated into the H400 housing for the powerful 400 watt servo.
Remarkably all the necessary electronic options conceived over 100 years of experience have also been integrated ready to be selected by the user.
The result is astonishing, a virtually new labeller for a fraction of the cost.
We select the label height needed
Extension kits are available for label height required. The standard is 160mm (6"0) with extension kits for either 240mm (9") or 320mm (12") maximum label height
Optional Power Rewind
Likewise a Power Rewind is recommended when Large Label rolls are used or when heavy (tall) labels are being used. It is also useful at very high speeds of feed.
The Power rewind reel is 250mm (10 ") in diameter.
Right and/or Left Hand heads
Depending on the application both right hand and left hand heads are available.
It is important to pick the correct heads or your labels will have to be rewound.
The way we remember, is if you are sitting on the conveyor and travelling down it, a Right hand head will be on your right!
The modular approach extends to the end where interchangeable choices exist to suit an application including several patented devices.
A Unique pivoting air operated beak for difficult applications often saves the day.
