Semi-Automatic Wrap

Utilizing the same Servo Herma 400 head as its big brothers the semi-automatic wrap-around Herma 211 labeler gives a simple solution for even the most demanding of requirements. The system is ideal for small batch production of any cylindrical product such as tubes, glass bottles and ampoules etc. As fast as you can place products they are labeled.

Eco-Wrap

For the budget conscious the 152E sports the same powerful Servo Herma 400 head but eliminates many bells and whistles to give a cost effective automatic wrap labeler. 

It includes a 7’ long Stainless Steel conveyor, 14” Wrap belt, open frame Stainless stand, newly upgraded Stainless Steel control box that is ready to accept a touch panel optional PLC should many extra options need to be added.

Options can include:
Product separation wheel, Prism aligner, Power unwinder, Low and broken web detectors, Oversize infeed reels, Tall label extenders, Tall Wrap Belts, Safety Guarding, Hot Stamp Coder, Thermal Printers, Missing Label detector, Luminescence Detector, Bar Code Readers, Reject Station, Vision Systems, Extended Conveyor,  Product aligner - Belt system, Product aligner - Worm system.

 
Delta-Wrap

For an intermediate user with speeds up to 150 per minute the Delta-Wrap 152D includes the powerful Servo Herma 400 head and a base Cabinet, touch screen overhead PLC control with recipe management, 9’ long sanitary raised bed Stainless Steel conveyor.

The heavy duty mounting plate gives extra rigidity for preferred mounting of Coders and vision systems.  Siemens PLC is standard and Allen Bradley is an optional Extra.

As with all wrap labelers other options can include:

Our continuous motion premier wrap labeller,  labels at 160 Meters/minute.  It has a color touch screen and can be equiped with prism rollers and other options. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

For the High speed user with speeds up to 300 per minute the Premier-Wrap 132P or 040P includes the powerful Servo Herma 400 head with additional software allowing feed speeds up to 160 Meters per minute (8.75 feet/second!)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The 132 P has a continuously moving roller aligner system (see Video) and comes complete with base Cabinet, Guarding, touch screen overhead PLC control with recipe management, infeed and discharge conveyor.

 

 

 

The 040P is similar to the 132P but the roller aligner has a Servo controlled intermittent motion allowing special features such as two different labels on a single round bottle.
