Aesus' ShrinkLabeler line of machines range from economical pneumatic models through high speed servo-controlled machines with automatic motorized sleeve unwind and splice system.

We have three ranges of Machines

Eco Shrink Labeler

The simplest is our Eco Shrink Labeler, pneumatically-operated to give adjustable length sleeves from 0 to 9" (225 mm) in length.

The Eco Shrink Labelers has speeds of up to 50/min, on longer sleeves and up to 180/min on short neck bands.

The sleeves are cut off with a pneumatically-operated knife. Sleeve lengths are adjustable by limiting the stroke of the air cylinder, or using an optional print registration device.

Each diameter of sleeve requires a mandrel and gripper assembly, and sleeves in diameter from less than ½" up to 6" in diameter can be applied.

Delta Shrink Labeler

Our Delta Shrink Labeler uses a servo motor instead of an air cylinder to control the Sleeve length. This means that the sleeves can be virtually any length, just dial-in the length required, or utilize the optional print registration device. Like the Eco ShrinkLabeler the sleeves are cut off with a pneumatically-operated knife and sleeves in diameter from less than ½" up to 6" (or more) in diameter can be applied.

The Delta Shrink Labelers have speeds of up to 120 per minute on typical sleeves and higher speeds 200/min are be possible for shorter sleeve lengths – for example, neckbands. The speed attainable is a combination of the container characteristics and the sleeve length required.

Premier Shrink Labeler

The Premier Shrink Labeler is the top of our line with two speed ranges up to 250 container-per-minute and up to 500 containers-per-minute, and each of these have 4 models – up to 4" (100mm), up to 8" (200mm), and up to 12" (250mm) container diameters.

The stroke length is again servo controlled for virtually any length of sleeve, and our unique rotating knife assembly - again servo-controlled - enables extremely high speed cutting with 3 spinning knives.

A particularly unique feature is that the knives are fully adjustable for a complete range of container diameters. For example the largest 12" machine can handle diameters all the way up to 12" (the smaller models are limited by their maximum diameter).

This exclusive rotary knife assembly cuts the sleeve material 360 degrees around the mandrel. In between each cut the rotary knife is phased in and away from the mandrel. The rotary knife is fully adjustable where competitive machines require that an additional knife assembly is purchased for each varying container diameter.

For all higher speed machines a motorized sleeve unwind unit and sleeve feed system is advised. The sleeve material will self-feed the sleeving machine using low level sensors. When a roll comes to near its end a splicing shelf allows the operator to cut the sleeve material and then splice the sleeve to a new roll of sleeve material; the downtime is no more than one minute.
